If you want to disconnect an ongoing, intrusion or page call,
or are not interested in answering a ringing one, you can do
so at the touch of a softkey.
While in conversation, or when a call is ringing, press the
e
softkey.
Ringing calls you drop are transferred to the Call Forward No
Answer (CFNA) number, if one has been programmed at your
extension. If no CFNA number has been programmed, the
caller continues hearing the ringback tone, and you stop
hearing the ring, but you can retrieve the call by pressing the
softkey associated with it, on the right side of the display.
AUTOMATIC REDIAL
If you dial an outside number and hear busy tone, you can
have the system dial the number several times, at defined
intervals.
When you hear an external busy tone
•
Press an [ARD] button.
When the called party answers:
•
Press [SPKR] or lift the handset.
If the dialed number rings, or if the system makes the
maximum number of dialing attempts, the Automatic
redial is deactivated.
