4. Product installation
Important notes and cautionary tips:
- Please, place the device correctly; prevent the pet from tipping over the
device. Ideal placement in a corner of against the wall. This device is
suitable for small and medium pets under 20kg.
- Do not drop any substances other than water into the water tank. Other-
wise, the device may function abnormally or can cause pet safety problems.
- Regularly clean the water tank and filter. Be sure to disconnect the power
supply before cleaning.
- The power cable should be installed as concealed as possible to prevent
being damaged by the pets.
- Make sure the power plug is firmly connected to the power socket.
- If you smell smoke, or hear high noise, from the device, turn off the power
and unplug the power cable. Then contact the service center for assistance.
Warnings:
- This product and all accessories are not edible.
- Please use it in a dry indoor environment.
- Do not place this product in a high place.
- Do not add hot water or boiling water to the water tank, it can damage the
device.
- Make sure the power cable is safe from water contact. However, the power
supply provides a safe working voltage, which will not affect the safety of
users and their pets.
First use:
1.Clean the water storage top cover, the inner wall of the water tank and
the filter element tank.
2. Soak the filter element in clean water for 2 minutes, insert it into the
filter element slot at the bottom of the top cover
3. Plug the power cord into the power connector on the rear of the main
unit and connect the adapter to power.
4. Place the device in a vertical position and add water to the water tank
(max 2 liters).
5. Short press the button on the front of the device to turn on or off the
water dispenser function. Long press to restore the factory settings and
enter the pairing state (the network indicator flashes).
6. Pair with Tellur Smart APP to set up and use all functions including
scheduling.
