TIP:
A hardware reset circuit should be always implemented on the host board and
used as an emergency reset procedure only.
NOTE:
If unused, the RESET pin may be left unconnected. Otherwise, it
must
always be connected to an open collector transistor
to permit the internal
circuitry to control the signal during the power on reset and under voltage lockout
functions.
