Disable Address Learning:
This option disables MAC address learning of of hosts connected to
master via Ethernet.

By default when a host is registered as host of a master if due to user mobility device is
registered as host of an slave is disabled for access to the coaxial network for 15 minutes,
time that a host is maintained in the hosts table of the master. This value of 15 minutes can
be changed with the option
Bridge Address Aging
. This option must be enabled in the
following cases:

Device mobility between slaves and master:
: Installations which provides roaming allowing
access from any point on the network, mobile users could be connected to the slaves but also
to the master. These users can be registered either as hosts of the slaves coaxdata or well as
hosts of the master, and therefore it is necessary to activate this option to avoid that these
users can be blocked by the system.
Typical case installation are those where coaxdata slaves are connected to Wifi AP and in
addition there are other Wifi AP connected to other networks out of coaxial network, for
example Wifi AP providing service on hotel's reception. When a user comes to the hotel,
connects to the AP of the reception and is recorded as a master host (if the switch has not
been correctly configured and allows broadcast between Wifi AP port and master port). When
user comes into hotel room and connects to slave point, user is registered as coaxdata slave
host. This user is blocked by the system for 15 minutes (Bridge Address Aging). To avoid this
disable MACs address learning at master or properly set main switch of the network.
