APPENDIX A - AT Commands for the WINC 900A
The following table lists those AT commands used by the WINC 900A. While most of these
commands are supported by ordinary land-line modems, some are WINC 900A specific. Each
command, except for A/, must be preceded by the string "AT" and terminated with the <CR>
character. For further information about the AT Command Set, refer to Section 8.0.
COMMAND
EXPLANATION
A
Manually answer incoming connection requests or calls.
A/
Repeat the last command line executed. No carriage return required.
AT
Appears at the beginning of each command line, except for the A/ command.
Dn
Initiate connection with the destination WINC 900A, identified by address n.
Although dial modifiers typically used for ordinary telephones are accepted by the
WINC, they are unnecessary and are ignored by the system.
E
E0 Do not echo AT commands to host.
E1 Echo AT commands to host.
H
Terminate Connection
ATH0 Transmit pending data, then close connection.
ATH1 Return result code OK.
ATH2 Discard pending data & close connection immediately.
ATH3 Same as ATH2 plus depart network.

Local Device Information
ATI0 Identify modem ID address.
ATI1 Identify firmware version number
ATI2 Identify manufacturer.
ATI3 Identify equipment model number.
ATI4 Identify crystal type.
