Connecting the Auxiliary Cabinets
For a multi cabinet PX24X setup, 40-pin connectors on the DFF card are connected to
the backplane cards of the auxiliary cabinets with the supplied flat ribbon cables. The
first auxiliary cabinet should be connected to the lowest connector on the DFF card,
the second auxiliary cabinet should be connected to the middle connector on the DFF
card, and the third auxiliary cabinet should be connected to the highest connector on
the DFF card by using the appropriate length cables.
A 40 cm long 40-conductor flat cable (ordering code 1.kbl.flt4040) to connect the first
auxiliary cabinet to the main cabinet
An 85 cm long 40-conductor flat cable (ordering code 1.kbl.flt4085) to connect the
second auxiliary cabinet to the main cabinet
A 110 cm long 40-conductor flat cable (ordering code 1.kbl.flt4110) to connect the
second auxiliary cabinet to the main cabinet
