Telemark TT-6 Power Supplies

Standard 

TT-6 

Beam deflection is accomplished by applying current through magnetic coils 

located next to the crucibe pocket within the source.  Changing the magnetic field 

affects the position/motion of the electron beam.  The mode used for a particular 

application is determined by the user, after evaluating the interdependencies on 

the EB source, of evaporation rate, flux pattern and material.
