Sound
The sound is not
heard
• Ensure that the sound
reproduction is enabled in the basic
system settings. Make sure that the
volume is set to the maximum or
your desired level.
• Many of the problems with the
playback of audio are associated
with the software. If the previous
audio problems were not
observed, perhaps, its absence
is due to incorrect software
installation or configuration of the
installed program. To resolve the
problem, contact the manufacturer
of the software.
• Check for damaged files. Try
to play another file in another
directory.
Problems with
sound recording
• Make sure that the device's
microphone is directed towards
the sound source, and that the
record displayed on the desired
volume level. The forces of the
sound source can be distinct
enough to record.
• Make sure that the correct
software installed for the audio
device. Reinstall the software if
necessary.
