information
When the receiver is down you can read the time and
date, phone numbers, the number of telephone calls
(made and received), the number of new calls received
since the last time you checked, and the number of
repeat calls received.

If you are away from the telephone when you receive
new calls and they have not been answered, the red
light will flash showing there are new calls to check.
The red light will switch off when you have pressed the
(5) key, you can switch the light of without checking
any calls that may have been received in your
absence.
Received and dialled
calls
The telephone can keep a list up to 50 calls (received
and dialled), and you can check them with the receiver
up or down.
Press the
(17) keys to scroll through the call
lists. The list runs in chronological order with the calls
received most recently being displayed first.
On the top line of the display screen you will see:
Order number in the list. i.e number 49 means that
this is the number stored at position 49 in the
memory.

Telephone number:
If the number matches any of those kept in the
directory, and has a name attached to it, you will see
the name first and then the number, the display will
rotate between name and number every 5 seconds.
If there is more information the symbol
ƒ

will be
displayed indicating that the number contains more
than 11 digits or that the owner’s number exists in the
directory or both.
On the bottom line of the display you will see:

Time and date (day and month) when the call
was received or made.

Indication of repeated call:
If you wish to make a call to any of the numbers
stored in this memory, after you have reached the
desired number lift the receiver and press the
MARCAR/MENU (18) key.
