In case the additional 15 V power supply is available, you may acti-
vate the additional amplifier, hence voice-controlled two-way-com-
munication and set the desired volume via this configuration step
code. In case the additional power supply is not available or blacks
out, Behnke Series 5 Intercom stations will automatically return to
their standard full-duplex operations mode.

Operations modes relay: Default setting: 4
0 = inactive
1 = to be activated via the telephone
4 = to be activated via the telephone & disconnecting after activation
7 = activated during outgoing calls
8 = activated during incoming calls
9 = activated during both incoming and outgoing calls
10 = activated at the beginning of an outgoing call
11 = activated at the beginning of an incoming call
12 = activated at the beginning of both incoming and outgoing calls
16 = activated during a direct call via button 1
17 = activated during a direct call via button 2
18 = manual activation
When using mode 18 the first activation code (configuration step
code 10) is used to turn off the relay while the second activation
code (configuration step code 11) is used to turn on the relay.

Via this configuration step, you may adjust the relay activation
interval for operations modes 1 to 4. It will also apply to the relay
activation interval for operations modes 16 and 17 at the beginning
of the connection.

Activation code = 1. Activation code
Activation code = 2 Activation code
Activation codes only hold cyphers and consist of no more than
4 digits. The default setting for activation code 1 is 0. There is no
default setting for activation code 2.
