Returns the result of the selected measurement in the signal source analysis.

The arguments indicate the measurements as shown in Table 2--40.

is the carrier frequency in Hz.

is the random jitter in seconds.

is the maximum periodic jitter in seconds.

SPURious.

Where

is the number of detected spurious signals (max. 20)

is the detuned frequency of spurious relative to carrier in Hz.

is the spurious signal level relative to carrier in dBc.
