15.2.1 MAIN MENU

The main menu displays two groups of options:
1.
Write Flash BIOS device (options 1 to 3 and 5), and
2. Retrieve a BIOS to a file (options 6 to 8 and 0).
The first group includes five options which allow you to update the Flash BIOS EPROM with
a BIOS file stored on disk. The second group includes five options which allow you to copy
the contents of the Flash BIOS EPROM to files on disk.
All four BIOS can be accessed individually using the appropriate files. Note that the different
BIOS files have different extensions:
1.
All four can be combined in a single file with the .BIN extension.
2. SVGA CRT files have the .VGA extension.
3. TEKNOR's BIOS extension file have the .EXT extension.
4. MAIN BIOS files have the .ROM extension.
Selections are made in one of two ways:
1.
Enter the corresponding number (e.g. "1" for Update all BIOS), or
2. Use
↑
or
↓
keys to highlight the desired option and press ENTER.
