6.1. Explanation of the operating elements

ON-OFF-switch

The switch switches the fan / UV-C lamps on and off.
When the device is switched off, it is not disconnected from
the power supply.
The fan and the UV-C lamps are switched separately from
one another.
Our recommendation: Switch the fan ON if there are persons in
the room for long periods. And only switch the UV-C lamps ON if
the fan is switched OFF.

Signal lamp “red”
Flashing up means that the air-flow rate of the device is not
sufficient anymore. Filter elements must be cleaned or replaced.
Operating hour counter
The number of operation hours during which the device was in
operation is shown.
