Molten white chocolate

1 / Melt the butter and white chocolate in the
non-stick pan using programme

for 9 min
at 140°C.
2 / Mix the melted chocolate with the greek
yogurt.
3 / Beat the eggs and sugar in a large bowl.
4 / Add the chocolate, then the flour, and mix it
all together.
5 / Butter and flour the pan, then pour in the
mixture. Add the cranberries on top of the
mixture.
6 / Run programme

7 / Allow to sit before removing from the pan.

• 40 g butter
• 50 g natural Greek
yogurt
• 40 g caster sugar
• 2 eggs
• 25 g plain flour
• 40 g Cranberries

1 / Heat the cream and add the chocolate.
2 / Mix the chocolate into the cream with a
whisk.
3 / Mix the eggs and sugar together. Beat until
creamy, foamy and pale.
4 / Add the chocolate mixture and stir.
5 / Add the milk.
6 / Spoon into glass jars or a large dish.
7 / Start cooking.
8 / Chill for at least 2 hrs before serving.
