5) Sugar syrup to taste
1) Dice the mangoes, kiwi fruit
and apple.
2) Place the fruit into the cold jar
and add the ice cubes.
3) Close the lid and attach the jar
to the blender.
4) Wait until the LED indicator
switches on and select the
"Smoothie" program.
5) Wait until the program is
finished and pour into a glass,
add sugar syrup to taste.

soup 1) 50g radish
microgreens
2) Pineapple and
dragon fruit (300g
in total)
3) Honey and lemon
juice (5ml in total)
4) Pea sprouts,
beetroot and carrot
(50g in total)

1) Wash the vegetables and
add all of the ingredients and
water to the cold jar.
2) Close the lid and attach the
cold jar to the blender.
3) Wait until the LED indicator
switches on and select the
"Energy soup" program.
4) Wait until the program is
finished and add honey or
lemon juice to taste.

3) 15g white sesame

4) 15g walnut kernels
1) Slice the banana and rinse the
walnut kernels.
2) Add the banana, sesame
seeds, walnuts and milk to the
cold jar.
3) Close the lid and attach the jar
to the blender.
4) Wait until the LED indicator
switches on and select the
"Nut milk" program.
5) Wait until the program is
finished and pour into a glass
and serve.
