ATTACHING THE CUFF
1. Connect the air tube plug to the cuff socket.
2. Attach and wrap the cuff around the upper arm, directly on the skin with its
lower part approximately 2-3 cm above the bend of the elbow; the air tube
should point towards the hand as shown on the drawing below.
• Do not attach the cuff on clothes as it may lead to incorrect readings.
• Arm constriction caused by rolling up shirt sleeve may affect the accuracy
of the measurement.
3. Fasten the cuff closely but not too tight so that you feel comfortable.
4. Support your arm on the table, with the palm facing upwards.
5. Make sure the cuff is at the same height as your heart.
6. Make sure the air tube is not tangled.
USER SELECTION
When the device is turned off, press
the SET button to select a user.
*** To display stored results for a
certain user, first select a user, then
press the MEM button to display
stored results.

SETTING BLOOD PRESSURE UNIT
The device has two pressure
units for choosing: mmHg and
kPa (mmHg by default).
Press and hold the ON/OFF
button for about 10 seconds
until pressure unit interface
appears on the display. Press the
MEM button to set desired unit.
