chamber Auger is blocked Unplug the stove at the mains socket. Re-
move the protective grill from the hopper
and clean the hopper. Carefully clean the
visible parts of the auger. Refit the pro-
tective grille and start again. Contact a
Tectro-approved technician if the problem
persists.
Auger motor is damaged Replace the motor. Only to be done by a
Tectro-approved technician
The hopper is empty Fill the pellet hopper.
The fire has a
weak, orange
flame, pellets
are not burn-
ing properly
and/or the
glass becomes
black too
quickly. The exhaust/flue/chimney
is blocked Have the exhaust/flue/chimney cleaned im-
mediately by an approved chimney sweep.

The brazier is dirty Clean the brazier
