Se devono essere utilizzati più passaggi di cavi, è essenziale tenerli ad una distanza di 6 mm e non permettere
che i cavi si incrocino o si tocchino l’uno con l’altro. Se il cavo si interseca con se stesso, si possono creare punti
caldi, con un conseguente surriscaldamento.
If multiple cable runs are to be used, they must be kept at a distance of 6 mm and must be prevented from crossing
over or touching each other. If the cable intersects itself, hot spots could be created, causing subsequent overheating.
10. Se il cavo scaldante per porte esce attraverso la parete dell’unità refrigerante o del congelatore, occorre prestare
attenzione per assicurarsi che non venga sepolto o incapsulato dalla schiuma o da qualsiasi altro tipo di isolamento.
Ciò comporta scarso trasferimento di calore e potrebbe causare surriscaldamento ed eventuale guasto.
If the heating cable for doors exits through the wall of the refrigeration unit or freezer, care must be taken to ensure it
is not buried or encapsulated by the foam or any other type of insulation. This would result in poor heat transfer and
may cause overheating and eventually failure.
11. È importante che il cavo scaldante per porte venga installato agli angoli del telaio in modo da restare leggermente
allentato. Quando il cavo viene alimentato, si sposterà leggermente. Questo movimento “di scorrimento” può
provocare danni se il cavo è collegato in modo troppo stretto, o è in tensione in una canalina.
The heating cable must have sufficient play on the corners of the frame. When the cable is powered, it moves slightly.
This “sliding” movement can cause damage if the cable is too tightly connected or stretched in a duct.
