A daily summary showing the type of programs that you have selected only will now
be displayed.

Use the
up/down arrow keys
to move the marker to the program that you want.

left/right arrow keys
to scroll through the pages.

Press the
number key
on the keypad that corresponds to the required weekday to
call up a preview of that day.
The appropriate number keys are displayed in the border at the bottom of the screen.
The corresponding window will be marked, if information is also available for the follo-
wing days.
7.16.8 Exiting SFI

Return to standard operation by pressing the

7.17 Sleep Timer

Press the
Sleep Timer
key several times to set the switch off time of the receiver to
any time between 15 minutes and 2 hours.
The receiver switches to standby automatically after the time setting has expired.
7.18 Games
Use the remote control to play Games on the screen.
Proceed as follows to start a game:

key to open Navigator.

control key to open the selection window.

to mark the
Games
line and then press

confirm.
A list of the available games will be displayed.

8 Hard disk mode
Your PVR receiver (

ecorder) is equipped with an integrated hard
disk. You are not allowed to replace it by one not authorised for use by TechniSat. The hard
disk eliminates the need for an external storage device (e.g. a video cassette recorder) for
recording. The recording capacity depends on the size of the hard disk and on the data volu-
me of the broadcast.
During Recording and provided that they are being broadcast, extra audio channels, video-
text data and sub-titles will be recorded in addition to the actual audio and video data. These
can be called up during Replay as described in Sections 7.5, 7.12 and 7.13.
8.1 Recording
The following recording modes are available for recording programs on the hard disk.
