Troubleshooting

Problem Possible cause Solution
AudioMaster Bt does
not turn on. Power cable not connected to the power outlet
and /or AudioMaster Bt Check connection.
AudioMaster Bt does
not respond to remote
control. 1. the battery is empty. 1. Replace battery, observe correct polarity at insertion.
2. Protective foil has not been removed. 2. Remove the protective foil from remote control.
sound reproduction
too soft. Volume of AudioMaster Bt or source device is
set too low. increase the volume using the “Volume” button.
increase the volume of the source device.
No sound
reproduction. 1. sound format of the source device wrongly
selected (digital input “tV” and “dVd”)
1. Please check the correct setting of your source device.
“DTS” encoded output formats cannot be reproduced.
2. source device not producing any signal. 2. digital output on the source device not activated (please
refer to device instructions).
3. Cable not correctly connected / faulty cable. 3.1. Check the connection of the source device to the
AudioMaster Bt and change the cable where necessary.
3.2. Please check if you have removed the protective caps
from the provided optical cable.
