Resolution of the problems
Some problems can be resolved directly by the user.
E3: T° HIGH CRYSTAL
Marking laser: If the ambient temperature is close to 35
0
C (95
0
F), use a cooling
system in a high temperature environment.
If the casing ventilation grilles are clogged, fit more effective protection for the laser.
E4: T° HIGH BOARD
Control Unit: If the ambient temperature is close to 35
0
C (95
0
F), use a cooling
system in a high temperature environment.
If the CCU’s ventilation grilles are clogged, fit more effective protection for the CCU.
E14: INTERLOCK
If this error occurs when the laser is initially started up, with the key in 1 position, the
safety loop which includes all the door sensors is open.
When the key is activated all the doors must be locked.
E18: T° LOW CRYSTAL
If this error occurs when the laser is first started up, check the ambient or storage
temperature of the laser.
The laser can only function if its temperature is at least 10
0
C (50
0
F).
E19: T° LOW BOARD
If this error occurs when the laser is first started up, check the ambient or storage
temperature of the CCU.
The CCU can only function if its temperature is at least 10

C (50

F).
