Setup and Operation
The PinLED is a simple, small and light weight plastic housing fixture. It is the best choice for a
mirror ball to make the beam effect, it is good for mobile DJ’s, clubs, bars and for architectural
lighting where a very tight spot light source is needed. Securely mount the unit using the
provided L-bracket and the 3/8” hole on the bracket. Using the side knob, adjust the angle of
fixture to point it at the desired object. To turn unit on and off, power the unit on and off. There
is no control of this product other than by turning the power on and off.
Note: Depending on the distance and the diameter of the desired light
beam, it may be necessary to change the lens. For example, to
achieve the best mirror ball effect, you should optimize the light
beam diameter to be about the size of the mirror ball itself. It can be
done by varying the distance from this light to the mirror ball and by
changing the lens. This will allow the maximum mirrors on the ball to
reflect light and thus create the greatest amount of beams.

This PinLED unit comes with a
standard 6 degree lens already
installed. Included in the box is an optional 12 degree lens. To switch the lens, simply remove
the retainer ring in front of the current lens, carefully remove the lens and replace it with the 12
degree lens. Replace the retainer ring and properly store the remaining lens.
