13 Troubleshooting
13.1 Although the PLAY button is pressed,
the Player has no display on its LCD.
13.2 Causes & Treatment: The battery has
no power. Please connect the Player
to a PC or the external charger to
charge the battery.
13.3 When the Player is turned on, it has
no actions to any keystrokes.
