Displays/operation
It is possible to step through the individual displays by pressing the push-button. In doing
so, a distinction is made between short and long presses of the button.
Briefly pressing the button ( < 3 seconds) allows the user to step through the display
within a loop.
With a long button press ( > 3 seconds), the display steps through into its next loop.
Error codes
If an error occurs, the error code is shown in the main loop. All the other windows conti-
nue to be available by pressing the button.
Code Description
C-1 Fundamental parameter in flash memory or RAM destroyed
E-1 Faulty temperature measurement:
- Temperature range outside (-19.9 °C...189,9°C)
- Sensor short circuit
- Sensor break
E-3 Sensors in hot and cold branches switched
E-5 Readout too frequent - optical communication momentarily not possible
E-8 Primary power supply failed (only with mains adapter)
- supply via backup battery
E-9 Warning: Battery capacity is running out

reading head.
The IZAR@SET software for reading out and configuring the standard functions
