3.2.7 Add Guest Information

An 18 character field can be added to a check using the Order Type Setup\Main
PRMPT CUST INFO flag.



The information entered is saved with the check. It prints on the remote kitchen
slip and the guest receipt.



When the check is recalled using

[RECALL CHECK]

, the information entered

displays on the check’s button instead of the check number.

Procedure

Press an

[ORDER TYPE]

key which has PRMPT CUST INFO flag turned on.

Keyboard displays. Enter up to 18-characters of Guest Information for this
check.

Press

ENTER

Enter menu items.
