Calibrate the Y motor gear ratio:

Press feed button to move the flatbed to the front and wait it automatic stop:

Then we measure the size between the carriage and the outside of the front flatbed cover as following, then save the size, for
example right now is 57mm

Then back to the software/Parameters/Y-motor configuration/Move=500/Press Move
(Attention: the number can not over
800mm as the TJ4080 max. Y flatbed printing length is 800mm!)
4.
Then the top printer will move from front to a certain distance then stop.
