BEFORE USE
Unpack the appliance and accessories, then wash and wipe the accessories.
PREHEATING
When the appliance has been plugged in, set the thermostat on the desired
temperature and set the timer (between 0 and 10 minutes). To reach a stable and
correct temperature for use, it is necessary to wait 5 minutes. During this time, the
temperature control light will go on and off several times. A good preheating will allow
you to have browned and crispy fries.
HOT AIR FRYING
1.
Connect the mains plug into an earthed wall socket.
2.
Place the cooking grid at the bottom of the basket
3.
Carefully pull the basket out of the air fryer
4.
Place the ingredients in the basket.
5.
Slide the basket into the AIR FRYER
Caution: Do not touch the basket during and in short-time after use, as it gets very hot :
Only hold the basket by the handle.

Turn the temperature control knob to the proper temperature. See the
‘Settings’
section in this chapter to determine the right temperature (fig.7).

Determine the required preparation time for the ingredient (see the
‘Settings’ section
in this chapter).
8.
To switch on the appliance, turn the timer knob to the required preparation time.

The power-on light and the heating-up light go on.
•
The timer starts counting down the settled preparation time.
•
During the hot air frying process, the heating-up light comes on and goes out
from time to time. This indicates that the heating element is switched on and off
to maintain the settled temperature.

Some ingredients require shaking halfway during the preparation time (see section
‘Settings’ in this chapter).
To do so, pull the basket out of the appliance by the
handle and shake it. Then slide the basket back into the air fryer.
10.
When you hear the timer bell, the set preparation time has elapsed. Pull the pan out
of the appliance and place it on the heat-resistant holder.
Note
: You can also switch off the appliance manually by turning the temperature knob
to 0.
11.
Check if the ingredients are ready. If the ingredients are not ready yet, simply slide
the pan back into the appliance and set the timer to a few extra minutes.
12.
Empty the basket into a bowl on onto a plate.
