Hints
For best performance and longevity, please pay attention to the following advices.

Please do not open the casing of the TeCom-DB. Improper opening could cause
damages. In addition, warranty claims will be forfeited.
w
No modifications are permitted with this radio.
w
Repairs are to be performed by an authorized service technician.
w
For charging of the battery pack, use only the charging cable included or the
optional charger SLG-TeCom-CB-C-H.
w
Never expose the radio to direct sunlight or sources of heat. High temperatures
will reduce the functionality of certain electronic parts, melting could appear.
w
Do not store the radio in dusty or dirty rooms.
w
Do not expose the radio to liquid, corrosion of electronic parts will be the result.
w
Should the radio get extraordinarily hot or if any smoke or unusual fume is
present, turn off the radio immediately and remove the battery pack. Please
contact your dealer.

Never transmit without antenna. Damages of the power amplifier are likely.

Do not operate the radio in the proximity of explosion-prone areas, e.g. gas
stations. Turn the radio off.

Keep the radio out of reach of children.
