7.0 Product Specifications
The Multigate XT is a family of support products for SMA residential solar photovoltaic
inverter systems. The Multigate XT provides an input interface from the SMA
micro inverters, routes the input power through a set of internal controllers (called
“Multigates”), and combines the outputs into a single interface for connection to the
residential utility panel. It also provides a communication interface from the micro
inverters to the internet, via various connection options.
The Multigate XT product is rated for split-phase 240VAC and from 12A to 48A
depending on the number of Multigates it contains.
