Program Lock
Channel lock or Menu lock will block access until a valid password is entered. Instead of
locking a channel or a menu permanently, you can also lock channels depending on their
content. Many, but not all, programs has parental level information. You can simply set a
parental rating so that programs which has higher rating than this rating will be password
protected. The parental rating of a program is controlled at the start time of each event, and
when appropriate password is required to continue watching.
To change the level, the Parental Settings menu is used. Display the Main Menu by pressing the
“ MENU ” key, highlight “Configuration”, and press “ SELECT ” key to display the Configura-
tion Menu screen. Highlight the Parental Settings menu and press “ SELECT ” key to display
the parental settings menu(after the PIN code has been entered)

With the Parental Lock Mode is highlighted, use the “ “ or “ ” key to cycle Parental Lock
mode. You can also see all parental ratings by pressing “INFO” button.
Also when parental rating is set to “All Blocked” then every event is locked and password is
required to watch. Similarly, when “No Block” is selected all type of events can be watched.
