8. Switch the DV-C200 into the DVD mode by pressing the DVD
button.
9. If the TV screen is rolling or scrambled, correct it by pressing
the remote NTSC/PAL button.
10. Perform the following on-screen setting procedure.
1) Get to the SETUP MENU by pressing the SETUP button.
2) To change the OSD (On-Screen Display) language, select
GENERAL SETUP from the menu.

If the TV set is in TV mode, switch it to the Video mode.

Switch on power to the DV-C200, as well as the TV set.

Have the TV on.

Put the supplied batteries in the remote control unit.

Connect the AC power cord to a wall outlet.
You may have to select “external” or “video”, depending on your
television. Set the TV to select the input source that you connected
the video cable to in step 3 above. (If you have difficulty finding the
proper selection, consult the owners manual for your television.)
