Battery Exchange
The batteries have to be exchanged if the following error prompt appears:

Procedure:
+
Disconnect power supply.
+
Turn the battery compartments 1 under
the electric Crimping Machine AT-300 to
open them.
+
Insert the batteries (2 x 2 x 1,5V Baby
Cells Type C) one after another with the
negative pole pointing to the top.
+
Close battery compartments 1 by turning
them.

Dispose of the battery according to
environmental standards of your country.
10.3
Key Switch Exchange
ATTENTION
+
Position the electric Crimping Machine AT-300 on a flat surface and assure the stability of
the machine. Ensure that the table or bench is stable enough to support the machine in
normal use.
If the keys for the key switch get lost, the key switch 1 (Fig. 10.3) has to be exchanged.
Procedure:
+
Disconnect power supply.
+
Remove holding device for the adapter.
+
Remove the cover carefully and ensure
that no cables are damaged.
+
Disconnect the plugs from the display and
the safety buttons left and right as well as
from the control element of the release
button.
+
Remove the control element of the key
switch.
+
Exchange key switch.
+
Assemble the control element with the key
switch.
+
Connect the plugs to the display and the
safety buttons left and right as well as to
the control element of the release button.
+
Mount cover and holding device for the
adapter.
