21. Insulation Resistance 

Use DC Insulation Resistance test equipment (MAX.500V) between output and baseplate. 
Insulation Resistance must be 100Mohm or more at 500VDC. Take caution that some types of test equipment 
generate high pulse voltage when switching applied voltage. After test, discharge this module using resistor, 
etc.
