Manual cut allows you to quickly design a web. By dialing in a few options within seconds you can
lay out your web and then close back out to Websaw and load the file “manual cut.txt” which
contains your new custom web.
Log on and log off screens are used to track performances data (pieces, LN feet, efficiency) based on
user. If you don’t want to keep track on a per user bases turn off the “Advanced Logging” under the
“Cycle Status” screen. All logging is kept in the file C:\daily report.txt.
You can change the user names from “User 1” for example by going into the c:\program
files\Websaw\Websaw.ini and manually setting up the users.
Log into Websaw once as a user so that the default users are created within the Websaw.ini. Using
notepad to open the Websaw.ini file look for the section called “[Users]”. Under users there will be
located by default user 1 through user 5 (currently Websaw only supports 5 users). Edit the user
names as desired and save.
