Accounts & sync
r Background data Set whether applications can sync, send and receive data at
any time.

Auto-sync Allow applications to sync data automatically.
r Manage Accounts Lists the Google accounts and other accounts you’ve added
to the phone. If you tap an account, its account screen opens.

Add account You can add Corporate, Facebook TM or Google account on
your phone.
Privacy
r
Factory data reset Erases all data on phone. This will erase all data from your
phone, including: your Google account, system and application
data and settings, downloaded applications. And it will not erase:
current system software and bundled applications, microSD
TM
card files, such as music or photos.
Storage
r Total space Check the total space of microSD TM card.

Available space Check the available space on microSD
TM
card.
r Unmount SD card Unmount the microSD TM card for safe removal.
If you unmount the microSD TM card, some applications you are
using will stop and may be unavailable until you remount the
microSD
TM
card.

Erase SD card This will erase all data from the microSD TM card. You must
unmount an microSD TM card before you can format it.
r
Available space Check the available space on internal phone storage.
Language & keyboard
r Select language Select the language to use for the text on your phone.

User dictionary Add or delete the words suggested when entering text.

Soft keyboard switch You can change soft keyboard mode by selecting Landscape
mode or Portrait mode when using soft keyboard.

Voice input & output

recognition or Google Account dashboard.

Text-to-speech
settings Select Listen to an example, Always use my settings, (Default
Engine, Install voice data, Speech rate, Language), (Pico TTS
settings). In order to use the text-to-speech feature, voice data
must be downloaded from the Android Market to your phone’s
microSD
TM Card. Select the Install voice data menu item to
install Text-to-speech data.
Accessibility

Accessibility Accessibility options are activated after downloading the
Accessibility service from the Android Market.
r TalkBack TalkBack is a screen reader that provides spoken feedback when
using native Android
TM applications. Once installed it becomes
part of the Android system and cannot be uninstalled. TalkBack
does not run if Accessibility is disabled. You can download this
plug-in from Android Market.
r Power button ends
call If checked, during a call, pressing Power ends call instead of
turning off screen.
