Solution
The indication for oper-
ational readines of the
Video -Streamer is not
active.
The Video Streamer is not
supplied with voltage.
Check if the Video Streamer is connected with the
TCS:BUS
®
of the front-door station.
Check if the power supply and control unit is con-
nected to the TCS:BUS
®
and voltage-supplied.
Measure the DC voltage between the a- and P-
terminals. The value should be at least 24 V.
I’m not able to access
the Video Streamer
with my browser
The PC is not located in
the same network segment
as the Video Streamer.
Check the network settings or ask your administra-
tor.
The browser starts, but
there is no image.
The JavaScript certificate
was not installed correctly.
Start the browser manually. Enter the URL (IP
address) of your Video Streamer into the address
line.
A window opens, in which you should install a cer-
tificate.
Confirm the request for the installation.
You should see an image now.
The used browser does
not support Java.
Activate Java within the browser settings.
There is only a blue
screen.
There is no camera signal
at the Video Streamer.
Check if there is an incoming video signal at V1
and V2 by using a two-wire video receiver
(FVW1001) and a monitor.
In case of long lines, strengthen the video signal
by using the active video distributor FVY1200.
Measurement 1: (b or M to V1),
result DC 2 ... 7 Volt,
Measurement 2: (b or M to V2),
result DC 2 ... 7 Volt,
In case of 0 V there is a short-circuit after b/M,
in case of 20 ... 26 V a short-circuit after P or a.
The image of the ana-
logue camera is weak
with very low contrast.
Check the matching resistors.
Use ev. a FVY1200 to strengthen the signal.
There is only a distort-
ed image.
The video wires are twist-
ed.
Switch off the TCS:BUS
®
and exchange the wires.
No short message is
received the video in-
door station.
Incorrect input of the short
message PIN.
Correct the PIN and try it again.
Ensure that the PIN have 4 digits.

Incorrect input of the group

Control the group membership.
Check, if the digit in
the field “Group“ is similar to
the digit, which you assigned to this group within

.
