Some problems you encounter with your monitor can be corrected by consulting the
following list, so please check it before asking the help from the dealer.
S Y M P T O M
P O S S I B L E C A U S E S
BLANK SCREEN
•
Check if 220V power plug is inserted fully into the outlet.
•
Check if the power switch on the back is turned on.
•
The unit is not in the standby mode.
NO PICTURE
•
Check if the cables are well connected.
•
Check if the current video input is correct.
•
Check if the power switch of the external equipment is
turned on and working in a good condition.
NO SOUND
•
Make sure the audio input signal is good.
•
Check if the audio connect cable is in a good condition.
•
Enter the Audio menu, select the Volume option and then
press the RIGHT button to increase the sound level.
POOR PICTURE
•
Make sure all the connections are in a good condition.
•
Check if the external equipment is normally working.
•
Check all the settings are made according to the user
manual or restore to the factory default.
DARK PICTURE
•
The screen illuminator may be up to expiry date.
RIPPLES OR
DARK COLOUR OR
INTERFERENCE
•
Keep the unit away from the appliances that may produce
the interference.
