About the Product Serial Number
The e-Doctor’s barcode is divided into two lines. The first line
reads TBA000001, TBA stands for the manufacturer while 000001 is
the product’s serial number. The second line reads 1533001. 1533 is
the year and week the device was manufactured, in this case the 33
rd
week of 2015, while 001 represents the hardware version number. If
you have any questions, please contact after-sales service (contact
details on the last page of this manual).
Quality Assurance and Warranty
Scope
Warranty Information
Should a fault arise while under normal operation due to a
quality defect, TBA will replace or repair the device during the
warranty period.
The warranty period is 24 months since the date of purchase.
During this period, if there are any problems with the e-Doctor you
can contact TBA by phone, email, our website or in person at your
local branch (contact details on the last page of this manual).
