Step 7
Insert the torque rotor (guide bearing end first) into the
pilot hole in the center of the drive shaft. The hole in the
torque rotor shaft should be rotated to the 12 o’clock
position.

Before assembling the freezer door, check the
following for any nicks, cracks, or signs of wear:
door bearing, door gasket, draw valve, o- rings, and all
sides of the door assembly, including the inside of the
draw valve bore. Replace any damaged parts.

Slide the draw valve o- ring into the groove on the draw
valve and lubricate the o- ring.

Place the draw valve spring over the shaft end on the
draw valve.

Insert the draw valve and spring into the door spout
until the threaded end of the shaft passes through the
hole in the end of the door spout. Thread the draw
valve knob onto the end of the draw valve shaft.

Place the door spout seal o- ring into the groove in the
door and lubricate the components.
