Important: To the Operator

Step 6

Press the MENU key again, and the message “ITM1”

will appear on the display. The letter “I” will be flashing

above the cursor.

ITM1

Step 7

Using the UP and DOWN arrow keys, enter the

desired letter (A - Z) or number (0 - 9) ( -- _ ). Once the

character letter is entered, press the MENU key to

move the cursor to the next position. Up to four

characters may be entered.

CGM1

CG -- --

Step 8

After the last character has been entered, press the

MENU key to return to the message “NAME1”.

Step 9

Use the UP arrow key to display the mesage “NAME2”.

Repeat steps 6-9 until all desired item names have

been entered.

Step 10

After entering the desired characters in the NAMES

screens, the control will return to “NAME1”.

Press the DOWN arrow to display “NAMES”.

Step 11

Press the UP arrow to display “LANGUAGE”, and

press the MENU key to display “ENGLISH”.

Press the MENU key to return to the “LANGUAGE”

display.

Step 12

Press the UP arrow to display “MONITOR”.

Press the MENU key to display “UF XXX F” to monitor

the upper front temperature.

Step 13

Continue to press the UP arrow to monitor the

remaining five zones.

Step 14

Press the UP arrow to display “CANCEL”.

Press the MENU and TEMP keys at the same time to

return to the main cooking screen.
