Step 9
Install the center drip pan through the front of the
machine.

Sanitizing
Note:
If a unit is sanitized, and will not be used for an
extended period of time, clean water should be used
to flush all sanitizer from the lines prior to storage of the
unit. Upon return to service, the unit must be sanitized
prior to use.
Step 1
Open the lighted display door. Remove the hood and
the side panels to gain access to the hoppers. Place
the control switch in the ON position.

Step 2
Prepare two gallons (7.6 liters) of an approved 100
PPM sanitizing solution (example: Kay-5
R
). USE
WARM WATER AND FOLLOW THE MANUFACTUR-
ER’S SPECIFICATIONS.
IMPORTANT: Make sure
the sanitizer is completely dissolved.
If your freezer uses Bag in Box syrup, follow steps 3
through 5. If your freezer uses syrup tanks, follow the
instructions on page 5.
Step 3
Bag in Box Units Only:
Using an empty bag of syrup,
cut the syrup line connection from the end of the bag.

Connect the syrup line to the syrup connection that
was cut from the syrup bag.
