Remove the plug from the socket

the supply

Replacing Sanding Belt:
•
Pull the b
e
l
t tension
lever
(7)
from
l
eft
to right to release the belt tension
·
(Fig.
19A).
•
Loosen and remove the screws on the.
upper sanding drum guard (Fig.
198).
•
Loosen and remove the two screws
unde r
the
upper
sanding
drum guard
(n) (Fig.
19C).
•
Loosen and
remove the four screws
on
the b
e
l
t
side cover (Fig.
1 90).
•
Remove t h e lower belt cover.
•
Pull out the old belt and replace a
new one.
Note:
•
The sanding belt must run in the
direction of the arrow
(p)
on the
smooth side of the belt .
•
Ensure the sanding belt is centered
on the drum.
•
Install the lower belt cover
(0) a
nd the
upper sanding drum guard
(3)
in
reverse procedure.
•
Push the belt tension lever
(7) back
into place.
Note:
The belt tension lever
(7)
is
spring-loaded so use extreme caution
when pushing it into p
la
ce
.
