Before using the product for the first time,
clean the parts that will be in contact with
food in the manner described in the cleaning
section.
CAUTION
: Note that in the first use of the
oven there might be some smoke coming out
of the oven, it is normal and it will disappear
after 5-10 minutes.
USE:
Connect the appliance to the mains.
Select the desired cooking temperature by
using the temperature selector. (C)
Select the function to work with by using the
function selector (D)
FUNCTION SELECTORS (D)
There are 2 function selectors
(D1) Is used to control Fan and Rôtisserie
(D2) is used to control Top and Bottom heat-
ing elements.
You can combine any function of Top Selec-
tors and Bottom selectors in any way, or use
them separately. The functions for each knob
are as following:
Top selector (D1) Fan and Rotisserie:
► Rôtisserie Motor. It activates the Rô -
tisserie motor which makes the arm / turnspit
turn inside the oven. Use this function to
make the arm turn after you placed it correct-
ly inside the oven (see: cook with Rôtisserie)
► Convection Fan . It activates the Con -
vection Fan placed in the right side of the
oven wall. Use this fan to help heat the oven
cavity faster. It also helps to accelerate the
cooking process and maintain a mode even
temperature inside the cavity.
► Rôtisserie Motor + Fan. It activates
the Rôtisserie motor which makes the arm /
turnspit turn inside the oven and the fan at
the same time. Use this function to cook with
Rôtisserie and convection at the same time.

Bottom selector (D2) Top and Bottom Heating
elements:
► Top Heating Element, Grill. It activates
the top heating element, use this function to
Gratin and grill foods.
► Top and bottom heating elements, Tra -
ditional cooking. Use this function to activate
with top and bottom heating elements.
► Bottom Heating Element. It activates
the lower heating elements. Use this function
for Bain-Marie and others.
Note that top and bottom selectors are meant
to be combined and used together. For in-
stance, you can use Rôtisserie with convec-
tion fan and top and bottom heating elements
combining the two positions in the selectors.
TIMER AND SWITCH ON/OFF (E)
Oven is only activated after a time is selected
and or in Stay on position (see Operation of
the Oven) After the oven is activated the lamp
inside of it is open.
OPERATION OF THE OVEN
Once you have selected the desired tempera-
ture and function, choose, by using the timer /
switch on/off the time you need to use it. The
oven will be activated only after you select a
time. The oven light will be on to indicate that
the oven is active.
CAUTION. If you use the timer remember to
add between 10 to 15 minutes before. Doing
this, you will add the preheating minutes to
the normal time and the results will be better.
CAUTION.

X → Switched off position. Move the button to
this position to Switch off the oven.
Y → Switched on position (Stay on function).
In this position, the oven will remain switched
on until the user switch it off
Z → Timer scale. Select the time needed for
the action you wish to realize. Once the time
goes off, the oven will switch off automatical -
ly. If the cooking is finished earlier than the
set cooking time, please turn back the timer
to 0 to turn off the oven.
ACCESSORIES
COOK WITH THE GRILL RACK
Previous to the use of the oven OR during
the use:
Insert the grill rack in one of the internal cavi-
ties and side rails.
