INSTALLATION
- Be sure to remove all packaging material from
inside the appliance.
- Do not cover or obstruct any of the openings of
the appliance.
- The plug must be easily accessible so it can be
disconnected in an emergency.

The appliance has fixed base feet.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
BEFORE USE:
-
Make sure that all products
’ packaging has been
removed.
- Before using the product for the first time, clean
the parts that will come into contact with food in
the manner described in the cleaning section.
- Some parts of the appliance have been lightly
greased. Consequently, the first time the
appliance is used a light smoke may be detected.
After a short time, this smoke will disappear.
- Prepare the appliance according to the function
you wish to use:
USE:
- Unroll the cable completely before plugging it in.
- Connect the appliance to the mains.
- Introduce the grid (L) or the cooking tray (K) on
one of the fastening levels (H).
- Select the appliance function (Fig. 1) desired.

Select the desired cooking temperature(C)
(Remind that model horizon 9 works at 230ºC)

Turn the appliance on by selecting the time you
want it to cook.
- The pilot light (G) comes on.
-
Wait until the pilot light (G) has gone out which
will indicate that the appliance has reached an
adequate temperature.
NOTE: Choose if you want an add of 3 minutes.
The applicane will last some time to reach the
desired temperature.
- During the app
liance’s use the pilot light (G) will
come on and off automatically, indicating the
heating elements are working, and therefore
maintaining the desired temperature.

After the selected time the appliance will switch
off automatically.
NOTE: In order to minimize the generation of
acrilamida during the cooking process, avoid
reaching dark brown colours on the foodstuffs.
- When the food is to your taste, remove it from
the appliance with the help of a wooden spatula or
similar heat resistant implement; do not use
utensils that could damage the non-stick coating.
And remember that if the appliance hasn’t ended
it’s timer function, switch off the appliance using
the timer.
ONCE YOU HAVE FINISHED USING THE
APPLIANCE:
-
If it hasn’t ended the cooking function, take it off
by using the timer.

Unplug the appliance from the mains.
- Clean the appliance.
SAFETY THERMAL PROTECTOR:
- The appliance has a safety device, which
protects the appliance from overheating.
- If the appliance turns itself off and does not
switch itself on again, disconnect it from the mains
