Step 2:

Assembly of the Cushion Support and Bend Support

1. Mount the cushion support (8) to the main frame (1) with one iron bushing (11), two screws (28)

and two washers (33).

2. Mount the bend support (7) to the cushion support (8) with two screws (30), four washers (33)

and two lock nuts (34).

3. Mount the bend support (7) to the middle tube (5) with one screw (31), two washers (33) and

one lock nut (34).

4. Insert the up tube (6) into the bend support (7) and secure with one fast pin (25).
