When a permanent error is detected on disk, the TATUNG CBIOS will display
the following message :

PERMANENT DISK ERROR, TRACK tt, SECTOR ss, STATUS xx

where tt and ss are the track number and sector number in error and status

xx indicates the nature of the error as defined in the above table.
