Assembly

Hydraulic cylinder assembly

Couple the adjustment 

spindle (A) to the main frame (B) 

using nuts (C). Lock the other 

end of the spindle to the hydraulic 

cylinder (D), using a junction axle 

and cotter pin.

Then, couple the other end 

of the cylinder to the traction bar 

(E), locking with the axle (F) and 

cotter pin.

A s s e m b l e   t h e   h y d r a u l i c 

cylinders of the lateral wheelsets in 

the following way:

Couple the adjustment spindle 

(G) to the side frames, locking with 

flat washers and nuts, as shown in 

the detail.

Then, lock a hydraulic cylinder 

(H) end to the adjustment spindle 

and the cylinder rod to the wheelset 

arm using axles (I) and cotter pins.
