BEFORE DRIVING -
Remote Keyless Entry System
UNLOCK
LOCK
remote to stop flashing of turn indicators. Subsequent press of
unlock button will stop flashing of Lock Symbol
and all doors
will unlock. Use the door lock knob located on driver’s door to lock
the doors.
LOCK button does not work with mechanical key in ignition. Only
UNLOCK button on the remote works with mechanical key in the
ignition switch.
2.2. CAR SEEK:
Car seek function is used to find the vehicle.
Press LOCK button on remote when vehicle is locked. Vehicle turn
indicators flashes thrice. Vehicle remains locked. (Remote functioning
range 7.5 meters max.)
NOTE : The remote range may be affected / reduced in the vicinity
of the Transmitting power stations. (e.g. TV Tower, etc.)
2.3. FORCED PANIC MODE :
When LOCK and UNLOCK buttons of remote are pressed
simultaneously, turn indicators will start flashing continuously. To
stop flashing press any
LOCK/UNLOCK button.
CAUTION
This feature should be used in case of emergency as a hazard
sign.
