Service intervals
TASKI machines are build to the highest quality standards, and their safetx is
checked in the factory and by authorised inspectors . Electrical and mechanical
parts are subject to wear or aging if used for long periods of time.
Service centre
Should you contact us due to a malfunction or for placing an order, please
always state the type, description and the serial number of your machine.
You can find this information on the name plate of your machine, and the
address of your nearest TASKI partner can be found on the last page of this
manual.

Cleaning or replacing the float (Indication for full recovery tank)
Disassembly:
• In order to ensure operational reliability and
availability for use, the service must be carried
out when the service indicatior lights up (factory
setting 450 working hours) or at least once a
year.
Under rough or extreme working conditions and/or insufficient maintenance,
shorter periods are necessary.
• Unscrew the star grip (1), pull the blade body (2) out of the squeegee body
and remove the blades (3).
• You can now turn or replace the blade.
• Reinsert the blade body back into the squeegee body and screw the star
grip in place again.

• Place the clean squeegee unit on a solid surface (table, floor) with the
rejection rollers downwards. (Detail I1)
• Loosen the screw (do not completely remove) in the middle of the 2-part
tension rail until the tension rail can be removed (Detail I2).
• Clean the squeegee body, metal straps and reject roller under running water
with a brush.
• Mount the "rotated" or replaced blade onto the squeegee body.
• Remount the tension rail at the correct position on the lamella (Detail I3).
• Tension the tension rail. (Detail I2)
• Place the clean squeegee unit on a solid surface (table, floor) with the
rejection rollers downwards. (Detail A1)
• Loosen the screws (do not completely remove) on the left and right of the
3-part tension rail until the tension rail can be removed.

• Clean the squeegee body, metal straps and reject roller under running water
with a brush.
• Mount the "rotated" or replaced blade onto the squeegee body.
• Remount the tension rail at the correct position on the lamella (Detail A3).
• Tension the tension rail. (Detail A2)
• Switch the machine off using the keyswitch and remove the key.
• The yellow suction filter can be easily removed
(quick-fit seal).
• Clean it with water using a brush (let it dry out
well).
• Brush the yellow suction filter with a soft brush
or remove the fluff with a cloth.
