How do I restart / reset my tracker?

For Android, you can access through the dialog popped up by triggering the

Reset on the top right option menu. You have number of options to reset your
tracker, check it out yourself.

•

I’m having trouble syncing my tracker with my computer/phone

•

The tracker is compatible with Apple IPhone and most well-down stable android

phone with BLE supported. For android phones, owing to the implementation
and chipset stability, some phones work smoother than the others. Try to find
some well-known android phone listed by dealer.
